This website was created by Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami to present the message of the Holy Quran to Pashto-speaking readers in a way that is as accurate, clear, and research-based as possible.
Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami, in this scholarly work of translating the Holy Quran into Pashto, tries to examine the meaning of each verse and each word with great care and attention. In his opinion, mere literal translation of words is not enough; therefore, the study of the Arabic language, vocabulary, grammar, the context of the verses, reliable interpretations, and related scientific and research sources is an important part of this work.
In particular, when a verse of the Holy Quran is related to science, the universe, the creation of man, nature, and other scientific topics, Dr. Nizami tries to examine reliable scientific research and academic studies on that topic. His goal is not to impose a preconceived meaning on the Holy Quran, but rather to try to correctly identify the original meaning of the verse and then present it in clear, simple, and reliable Pashto.
Dr. Nizami is well aware that translating the Holy Quran is a very sensitive and big responsibility. Therefore, he tries to examine every word, every sentence, and every concept several times, compare it with various reliable sources, and then check it again. Research, comparison, verification, and revision are the main parts of his work, so that the possibility of human error is reduced to the minimum.
This work is a personal scientific and research effort of Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami. His goal is not to represent any particular person, institution, or school of thought; rather, his goal is to present the message of the Holy Quran to Pashto-speaking readers in a clear, reliable, and scientifically researched manner.
In addition to this work, Dr. Nizami wants to expand this scientific endeavor beyond the translation of the Holy Quran and, in the future, prepare and publish various studies, scientific articles, and books based on the Holy Quran and authentic hadiths.
Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami’s Future Scientific and Research Work
After completing the Pashto translation of the Holy Quran, Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami will further expand his scientific and research work. His goal is to write and publish scientific articles, studies, and books on various topics based on the Holy Quran and authentic hadiths.
He wants to examine today’s important questions, intellectual debates, scientific topics, and issues related to human life in the light of the Holy Quran and the authentic Sunnah and present the information in an organized, clear, and reliable manner.
So far, he has made one scientific effort in this work, which is a book titled “Islam, Atheism and Science,” and is available on this website. In this book, important questions about atheism, science, faith, and the existence of Allah Almighty have been examined based on the Holy Quran, authentic hadiths, rational arguments, and scientific information.
In future works, efforts will be made to provide research based on reliable sources, the Holy Quran, authentic hadiths, reliable scientific research, and strong rational arguments, so that readers can study the topics in a deep, balanced, and evidence-based manner.
Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami believes that a healthy and scientific debate between religious science and reliable scientific research is very important for today. Therefore, the purpose of this website is not only to present the translation of the Holy Quran, but also to become a comprehensive scientific resource for the study of the Holy Quran, authentic Sunnah, science, research, and intellectual studies.
Through this effort, new translations, research, scientific articles, and books will be added to this website regularly in the future.
Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami's goal is to conduct all this work on the basis of truthfulness, sincerity, scientific accuracy, and trustworthiness, and to prevent errors as much as possible in the service of the Holy Quran. May Allah Almighty accept the efforts of Dr. Muhammad Usman Nizami and grant him the ability to continue this scientific and research journey with sincerity and accuracy in the service of the Holy Quran and the authentic Sunnah.
